What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, with a focus on pupils with additional needs.
Working closely with teachers, the Inclusion Team, and external professionals to support academic, emotional, and social development.
Supporting pupils during learning and unstructured times such as play and lunch, helping promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all children can thrive.
Taking part in regular training and contributing to a reflective, forward-thinking school culture.
What We're Looking For:
A graduate (any subject) with a genuine passion for working with children.
Experience working with or supporting young people, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and literacy/numeracy skills (minimum GCSE Maths & English or equivalent).
A proactive, patient, and compassionate individual who's eager to learn and grow.
Someone who can commit to a full-time role across the academic year.
